Pump groups are ready to connect hydraulic systems of water heater capacity control. Designed for cooperation with water air heaters equipped with VTS units. They complement the sales offer of VTS air handling units and guarantee optimal adjustment of parameters of the complete system.

The main elements of the pump groups are: a circulating water pump, a three-way control valve equipped with an actuator controlled by an analogue signal, a mesh filter and two thermomanometers..

The entire system is enclosed in a casing made of EPP. The casing provides durable protection against external weather conditions and mechanical damage. It also provides effective thermal insulation for the internal components.

IN COMBINATION WITH THE VTS CONTROL SYSTEM, THE PUMP GROUPS PROVIDES:

• smooth regulation of the supply air temperature, realised by smooth change of the temperature of the working medium feeding the heater, while maintaining the constant output of this medium in the heater (quality regulation)

• double, the most effective antifreeze protection of the heater, consisting in air temperature control after the heater and return temperature control of the heating agent, operating also after switching off the air handling unit.
