Shipping

All large Air handling products will be shipped using standard freight carriers, and smaller accessories will be shipped via parcel carriers such as UPS or Fed-Ex.

Large Air handler products can between 1 to 5* days to be delivered for domestic US shipments, and smaller products (Filters, Controls, Accessories, and others) can take between 2 to 5* days for US domestic shipments based on the selected product.

Shipping costs will be calculated individually based on the weight and dimensions of the product.

*Actual shipping time may be affected by factors outside of the control of VTS America.

Orders with multiple products will be delivered as multiple shipments based on stock availability.

If multiple products orders must be delivered in a single shipment, for special requirements, or customer pick-up, please contact us at +1 470-809-6811.

The delivery company will call ahead to schedule the time of delivery, it is the responsibility of the order recipient to facilitate the completion of the delivery.

All orders are processed between Monday and Friday from our warehouse in Georgia, USA.


Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. 

This form its only valid for products purchased on VTS America eShop, to provide a fast return please complete as much of the information requested below.

Instructions:

1st Complete the form

2nd Email Customer service at America@vtsgroup.com and attached the complete form (we need an email for this purpose to be created 3rd Print a copy of the form and attached on the returned product box 

4th The product needs to come back in the original box and in unused condition, with all the manuals and documents. (Any item that has been used, installed, rusted, dented or damage will not be returnable.

5th Your refund will be applied to your account approximately 5 to 7 working days after we received and inspect the return item.

*If the product was installed, and there is a defect or is it malfunctioning, please email warranty@vtsgroup.com

*Returns are not allowed for AHU.
